We do not offer shipping.

Pick Up

Orders will be available within 48 hours unless merchandise is pre-order. All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Orders are available for in-studio pick-up during office hours. Monday to Thursday 4:00-7:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Please visit the reception desk upon arrival to collect your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will happily accept returns for store credit or refund. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of pick-up.

All returned merchandise must be:

• In its original condition and not been worn, altered or washed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Final sale/markdown items

To initiate a return please email info@performancedanceacademy.com and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned must be returned to the studio by walk-in before return will be initiated.
